Malaysia's road sector remains the primary contributor, accounting for 99% of transport CO2 emissions in 2022 and 27% of total economy-wide emissions. The vehicle fleet in Malaysia has grown significantly to about 35 million vehicles (Source : Asian Transport Outlook 2024)
As at 2023, motorcycles make up a significant portion (around 46% or 16.7million units) out of Malaysia's total registered vehicles.

Legatus Sdn Bhd is a licensed EV manufacturer in Malaysia. We launched our 1st street legal model in Dec 2022 (Metropolitan).

Support our CFIL IMPACT project
LEGATUS EV is probably only available affordable long range Electric Motorcycle with rapid replenishing features. We're putting our superpowers to good use in Climate Finance Innovation Lab (CFIL) project.
With Impact Funds, we're ready to produce the bikes which our Partners' initial uptake will provide gigs and opportunities for 200 (bikeless) riders, reduce CO2e and OPEX for partners whilst increasing revenue.
